Cucumber salad with no added sugar
Method
Ingredients: 1 large cucumber 2 dl vinegar 1 dl water 1 tsp salt 1.5 tsp. EASIS Perfect Sød 0.5 tsp pepper Preservative if needed
Instructions: Rinse the cucumber and slice it into 3 mm slices. Put the cucumber slices in a clean jar.
Heat the vinegar, water and salt until boiling. Add pepper, sweetener and preservative. Pour the vinegar over the over cucumber slices. Seal the glass and store in the fridge.
