How to do:
- Dissolve 25 g yeast in 3 1/4 dl lukewarm water and add the content from the bag.
- Knead the dough with a stand mixer for approximately 10 minutes.
- Put the dough to rise for 20 minutes.
- Shape the dough into 10 buns and let them rise covered on a baking tray for 50 minutes.
- Bake the buns at 200 °C for approximately 18 min.
