EASIS Perfect Fit is a sugar and fat replacement suitable for baking. With EASIS Perfect Fit you can replace all the sugar and 50% of the fat in any recipe.
Method:
- Use a traditional recipe. Replace the sugar and 50% of the fat with Perfect Fit as the dosing instructions suggest.
- Remember always to mix Perfect Fit with all the other dry ingredients (e.g. flour) before adding the wet ingredients.
- After doing this just follow the recipe as usual.
Storage: Dry and not in direct sunlight. After opening keep tightly sealed. Shelf life: 24 months.
