EASIS Perfect Icing is a sugar replacement based on the sweetener erythritol. Erythritol contains no calories. It is finely milled and is therefore easy to dissolve into liquids. Suitable for glaze, baking, decoration of cakes and desserts, in smoothies etc.
Tolerates heating.
Storage: Dry and not in direct sunlight. Don't forget to close the bag as Perfect Icing is very sensitive to moisture. Shelf life: 24 months
