Low Carb Wrap

Method

Wrap without bread. The traditional wrap has been replaced by a large slice of country ham in this recipe.

Ingredients: 100 g ham (large slice) 40 g drained EASIS Yogurt 5% (drain the yoghurt through a coffee filter) 10 g sun dried tomatoes Fresh basil Salt and pepper 100 g vegetables, such as tomatos, lettuce, sprouts and cucumber

Instructions: Place the ham on a parchment paper.

Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and basil and stir in the drained yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the yoghurt over the ham and add the finely stripped vegetables. Roll into a wrap.

Tip: For variation replace sun dried tomatoes and basil with garlic and fresh herbs, such as parsley
