Pork chops with easy to make Bearnaise
If you prepare the meat in a grill frying pan or on the barbecue grill you’ll need only a little bit of oil for frying.

Method
- Cut the tomatoes in halfs. Heat the oil in the grill frying pan. Season the meat and tomatoes with salt and pepper and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Stir the yogurt and mayonnaise with the mustard powder, Béarnaise essence and chopped tarragon. Season with salt, pepper and a little Perfect Sød.
- Serve the pork chops with the fried tomatoes, the Béarnaise sauce and a green salad.
Tip: The Béarnaise is suitable for any kind of grilled meat such Sunday roast, meatballs, steak etc.
