Pork chops with easy to make Bearnaise

If you prepare the meat in a grill frying pan or on the barbecue grill you’ll need only a little bit of oil for frying.

Method

  1. Cut the tomatoes in halfs. Heat the oil in the grill frying pan. Season the meat and tomatoes with salt and pepper and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
  2. Stir the yogurt and mayonnaise with the mustard powder, Béarnaise essence and chopped tarragon. Season with salt, pepper and a little Perfect Sød.
  3. Serve the pork chops with the fried tomatoes, the Béarnaise sauce and a green salad.

    Tip: The Béarnaise is suitable for any kind of grilled meat such Sunday roast, meatballs, steak etc.
