Apple Trifle

Method

  1. Peel, core and cut the apples into small pieces.
  2. Cook the apple pieces for 10 minutes in a casserole with a lid.
  3. Remove the casserole from the heat and add Perfect Sød according to your taste. Cool down the stewed apples.
  4. Whip the cream, add fromage frais and Perfect Strø. Stir it all for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve the stewed apples in 4 glasses and sprinkle with Classic Crunch. Decorate with whipped cream and jam.

Cooking time/Preparation time: 60 min. / 30 min.

Variations: Replace EASIS Classic Crunch with EASIS Choko Crunch.
