

Broccoli salad
Ingredients
Method
- Warm the Parma ham in the oven at 180 degrees until crispy.
- Chop the broccoli and the red onion.
- Toast the pumpkin seeds lightly in a frying pan
- Mix yogurt, lemon juice, salt and Perfect Sød for the dressing and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the dressing to the broccoli and onions. Add cranberries, pumpkin seeds and ham in bite size.
