Broccoli salad

Ingredients

Method

  1. Warm the Parma ham in the oven at 180 degrees until crispy.
  2. Chop the broccoli and the red onion.
  3. Toast the pumpkin seeds lightly in a frying pan
  4. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, salt and Perfect Sød for the dressing and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the dressing to the broccoli and onions. Add cranberries, pumpkin seeds and ham in bite size.
