Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a foodprocessor and mix it.
  2. Pour the dough into a baking tin or pan covered with baking paper. Bake at 170° for aprox. 20 min.
  3.  Sprinkle the warm cake with freeze-dried raspberries.
  4. Cut the cake into squares when it has cooled off.
